Doh Kyung Soo will return to the small screen through the latest Korean drama titled 'The Manipulated'. This drama will be one of the lineups of original Korean dramas on Disney+ Hotstar that will air in late 2025.

Here is the synopsis of The Manipulated: Taejung (played by Ji Chang Wook) is unjustly imprisoned for a heinous crime. He meets a mysterious figure named Yohan (Doh Kyung Soo) who plans his downfall. 

Taejung's anger is burning. He wants to make Yohan pay for his actions. The Manipulated will also be played by Lee Kwang Soo. The actor who is known as Doh Kyung Soo's close friend will play a character named Baek Do Kyeong. 

The Tyrant graduate, which is also a Disney+ Hotstar original production, Jo Yoon Soo, will also appear in this drama as No Eun Bi. How the stories of these characters will be intertwined will only be revealed later this year. 

Disney+ Hotstar has released two official photos from The Manipulated, each featuring the main cast, Ji Chang Wook and Doh Kyung Soo. Ji Chang Wook appears in a blue prison uniform, showing a serious expression in the prison visiting room.

He looks like he is talking to someone through the glass. Doh Kyung Soo's photo on the other hand shows the actor facing a mysterious figure. He appears in a black turtle-neck covered with a leather jacket. His face seems to display hidden intentions.
