Tom Cruise showed his admiration and love for BTS when he appeared on BTS's Jin's variety show. The latest episode of the variety show “Run Jin” hosted by idol singer BTS's Jin was released on BTS's official YouTube channel - BangTanTV.

The guest of this episode is Hollywood star Tom Cruise. The show was recorded when the actor visited Korea to promote the blockbuster “Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning” which is about to be released worldwide.

During the show, Jin asked Tom Cruise if he knew about BTS. The American star replied that he was a "big fan" of BTS. “Your career and what you have created is impressive. I am a big fan of yours. I am so happy to be on your show,” said Tom Cruise.

Jin was also surprised to learn that a big star like Tom Cruise was actually a fan of the group. To prove this, the actor even listed interesting things he learned while watching Jin on variety shows.

Tom Cruise said: “I saw you do gymnastics. I know you can run up buildings and climb.” Jin was shocked that the “Mission Impossible” star knew so much about him. Also on the show, Tom Cruise shared his impressions of Korea.

He said: “I felt the warmth when I first came to Korea. It left an impression on me, which was surprising. Korean culture is great, the food is delicious. Koreans really love movies, don't they? They make so many great movies.

I'm glad we can share movies like this. And of course, the music. I really respect what you guys create.” Previously, when appearing as a guest on Red Velvet's Wendy's radio show, Jin revealed details about his collaboration with Tom Cruise.

What surprised the audience was that Jin did not proactively contact Tom Cruise to invite him to participate in the show, but the actor's film crew contacted Jin, asking to participate. BTS member also revealed that he watched “Mission Impossible 8” before the movie was released.

Tom Cruise's proactive desire to appear on BTS's Jin's show shows the growing influence of Kpop artists. Recently, Kpop continues to prove its popularity when many solo idols and music groups achieve impressive results with new music products.

Typical examples include the solo activities of Blackpink members, with hits like Rosé 's "APT." featuring Bruno Mars, Jennie's "Like Jennie," or the collaboration between Lisa and Doja Cat, Raye in the song "Born Again."

After completing their military service in June this year, the 7 BTS members are expected to return as a full group soon. Fans are looking forward to the explosive comeback of HYBE's boy group after nearly 3 years.
