Actor So Ji Sub will return to star in a new Korean drama entitled 'Manager Kim' (working title). The drama, adapted from a popular webtoon, has a noir action genre that tells the story of Manager Kim, a man from an ordinary family who is struggling to find his daughter Min Ji who suddenly disappeared without a trace.
Manager Kim, a former special agent, risks everything to save the princess. So Ji Sub will play Manager Kim. He is a father and employee at a small bank. However, he keeps his identity as a former secret agent for both North and South Korea a secret.
Manager Kim is a veteran agent who has participated in countless special missions. He is even on the most wanted or fugitive blacklists in both South and North Korea. He is considered a ticking time bomb whose whereabouts must not be revealed.
So Ji Sub himself is known for starring in many action dramas with stunning acting. His performance in this drama is highly anticipated by fans. Manager Kim will air on SBS on Fridays and Saturdays in 2026.
