Ahn Hyo Seop returned to Jakarta to greet his fans in person. This time, the star of the drama Business Proposal was present at the Come See Mie Fest 2025 event which was held at Kota Kasablanka, South Jakarta, Saturday October 25, 2025.
The roar of the audience who filled the mall's atrium main area echoed when Ahn Hyo Seop, wearing a white sleeveless shirt combined with a red jacket, appeared on stage. "It's so nice to see you all again," Ahn Hyo Seop greeted, waving to the audience area.
The Ahn Hyo Seop meet and greet event opened with a short interview about Ahn Hyo Seop's life, including his recent popular film project, KPop Demon Hunters. Ahn Hyo Seop admitted that acting in the film was very challenging because he was required to express dialogue through voice.
"When I act, I usually show my face, expressions, and body movements. In this film, I used my voice to express a lot of experiences and feelings," said Ahn Hyo Seop. Despite the challenges, the South Korean actor admitted that starring in an animated film was a joy.
His character in the film, Jinu, also left a lasting impression on him. "Finally, Jinu gave his soul, and I think it was a touching scene. I really enjoyed being Jinu," he said. Beyond acting projects, Ahn Hyo Seop also spoke about his recent visit to Bali.
He admitted to spending a lot of time with those closest to him and enjoying some exciting snorkeling there. "I like everything (activities in Bali), but because I like snorkeling, I do a lot of that," he explained.
Besides chatting, Ahn Hyo Seop also sampled spicy Indonesian instant noodles. Because he can't handle spicy food, Ahn Hyo Seop shook his jacket several times due to the heat. Instead of feeling sorry, Ahn Hyo Seop's spicy behavior actually made the audience hysterical and laugh.
Meanwhile, Ahn Hyo Seop is currently preparing for his latest Korean drama entitled Sold Out Again Today. This romantic drama will star Ahn Hyo Seop with Chae Won Bin and is scheduled to air in 2026.
