Ahn Bo Hyun once again showed his generous side ahead of Christmas. On December 24, 2025, the Community Chest of Korea announced that Ahn Bo Hyun had donated 100 million won and officially joined the Honor Society, the organization's high-dollar individual donors club, as its 3,800th member.
The donation will be allocated to a blindness prevention program for children and adolescents from low-income families. Specifically, these funds will be used to finance surgeries for pediatric eye diseases such as cataracts, retinal disorders, and strabismus (crossed eyes), as well as rehabilitation support for children with low vision.
The goal is to help them regain healthy vision and return to normal daily life. In his official statement, Ahn Bo Hyun said, "I have long wanted to share the love I have received from many people, and I hope to be of some small help to those in need. I will continue to strive to spread warmth in society through giving."
Ahn Bo Hyun is known for consistently doing good deeds to help marginalized groups. At the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, he donated 3,000 bottles of hand sanitizer to various social welfare facilities. Then, in 2022, he again donated 50 million won worth of sanitary napkins, continuing his inspiring charitable legacy.
