INB100's agency has released a statement warning the public about negative comments about their artist, Baekhyun. They also admitted that several cases have been reported to the police.
Previously, they reported a netizen to the Gwangjin Police Department in April 2025, which resulted in the netizen having to pay a fine. They then filed separate cases in Gangnam in May and Seoul in September 2025.
"Based on data we collected ourselves, including fan reports, we have filed a report with the authorities. Some of the legal cases involved include defamation under the Communications and Information Act," INB100 said on Thursday, December 18, 2025.
"Some cases have received verdicts, while the rest are still undergoing legal proceedings," agency continued. Furthermore, the agency stated that they will continue to monitor and receive reports from fans regarding defamation received by their artists.
"Our monitoring efforts will continue and reports from fans will continue to be monitored to be used as legal evidence," the agency said. "We thank the fans who support and care for our artists," the agency concluded.
The negative comments are believed to be related to Baekhyun's absence from EXO's latest activities. INB100's agency previously stated that Baekhyun wanted to be involved in the event.
