B1A4 has terminated their contracts and left WM Entertainment. The second-generation group chose to end their contract after 14 years with the group. The contract termination news was announced on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, by WM Entertainment. 

They also shared updates on  music and other matters. "After in-depth discussions with B1A4, we have agreed to terminate our exclusive contracts. We thank the B1A4 members who have been with us for 14 years," WM Entertainment said in a statement.

“Even though the exclusive contract with our company has ended, based on the relationship we have shared for a long time, we will support B1A4 well in their new home,” agency said. 

B1A4, who are active in Japan with different agencies, will work with WM Entertainment to handle matters related to their overseas activities. “We will continue our collaboration to create synergy between the agency and B1A4 and maintain our relationship with RBW Japan for their activities,” the agency said.

"More than just an artist-agency relationship, B1A4 has been WM's representatives and friends for 14 years. We, the WM staff, will support the members as they showcase their talents and take on new challenges," agency said.  

B1A4 debuted as a five-member group in 2011. Throughout their career, they have produced various hits in South Korea. Later, two of their members, Jinyoung and Baro, left the group. CNU, Sandeul, and Gongchan continued their activities as a trio within the group.
