IST Entertainment's K-Pop boy group, ATBO, has officially disbanded. Management announced this on Wednesday (December 17, 2025). IST Entertainment wrote a lengthy announcement regarding ATBO's disbandment.

The letter explained that the members' contracts with the agency had been terminated. "In making this decision, we thoroughly considered the members' present and future; their desires, dreams, goals, and potential for growth.

Above all, our best decision was to prioritize the artists' wishes and make the decision to respect and support the members' individual paths forward," said IST Entertainment. Currently, ATBO member Jung Seung Hwan is serving in the military.

However, he is not excluded from decision-making. The agency also apologized if this announcement disappointed and broke fans' hearts. They then thanked them for their support of the members and ATBO throughout their careers.

ATBO debuted from the survival show The Origin - A, B, Or What? under IST Entertainment in 2022. They debuted with the mini album titled The Beginning: 開花. ATBO debuted with a seven-member lineup: Oh Junseok, Ryu Junmin, Bae Hyunjun, Jeong Seunghwan, Kim Yeonkyu, Won Bin, and Seok Rakwon.

Seok Rakwon later left the group on May 6, 2024. ATBO's tenure in the K-Pop industry wasn't long, just three years. During that time, they only released mini-albums and singles, without a full-length album.

The mini album The Beginning was released in three parts throughout 2022 and 2023. Then they released two single albums in 2023. The last single album released was entitled MUST HAVE, containing four tracks with the main song Must Have Love.
