MBLAQ's Mir has shared some happy news: he's getting married soon! The man whose real name is Bang Cheol Yong will marry his fiancée on December 21, 2025. Mir's girlfriend is not a celebrity. Mir's representative confirmed the news. 

They plan to hold a wedding ceremony in Seongnam, Gyeonggi. "Mir will marry his fiancée, a non-celebrity who is a year older than him, on December 21 in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province," the source said, as reported by Starnews on Friday December 12, 2025.

Mir follows two other MBLAQ members who have already married. He will be the third member of the "Y" singer group to leave his single life behind. Mir is a South Korean singer born on March 10, 1991. 

He debuted in 2009 with MBLAQ under the agency J.Tune Camp, which was previously managed by Rain. Throughout their musical career, MBLAQ has been quite popular among second-generation K-Pop fans. They have toured Asia, including visiting Indonesia.

Mir's musical career extends beyond being a member of an idol group. He's also performed on Korean drama soundtracks as a solo artist and even worked as a writer. Outside of his musical career, Mir is also active on the musical stage and in variety shows.
