BLACKPINK's Jisoo has achieved another impressive feat. Her highly anticipated international collaboration with British singer Zayn Malik has just reached a milestone on YouTube.
Reporting from Soompi, on April 22, 2026, at around 20:59 KST, the music video (MV) entitled "EYES CLOSED" officially surpassed 100 million views on YouTube. It only took about 6 months and 12 days from the time it was first uploaded to reach that milestone.
With this latest achievement, “EYES CLOSED” becomes Jisoo’s third solo music video to reach 100 million views. Previously, the 1995-born singer had great success with two other solo works, FLOWER (a phenomenal solo debut song) and earthquake (a second solo release that was successful in the market).
The collaboration between Jisoo and Zayn Malik in “EYES CLOSED” has indeed stolen attention since its initial announcement. The combination of Jisoo's unique vocals and Zayn Malik's falsetto has proven to be a winning formula, well-received by global music fans.
