EXO's Baekhyun has reportedly established a new entertainment agency called B.ON Entertainment. Based on information, the agency is also projected to be a place for CBX, a unit consisting of Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin, to carry out their activities in the future.
This news was first reported by Biz Hankook On Friday, October 30, 2026, Baekhyun founded B.ON Entertainment on September 18, 2026, and is listed as the company's CEO.
The agency initially listed Baekhyun's home address as its headquarters, before moving its registered address on October 22, 2026. This move is said to be part of the company's preparations to resume operations.
Additionally, a professional who previously handled management at CBX's former agency is also reportedly joining the new company. The presence of B.ON Entertainment also raised suspicions that the three CBX members were preparing a new foundation to carry out activities independently.
A B.ON Entertainment representative confirmed that Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin plan to collaborate through the company, although specific contracts between them have not yet been signed.
"We haven't signed a specific contract yet, but it's true that CBX will be collaborating through this company," said a representative of B.ON Entertainment, quoted from Soompi on Friday, (October 30, 2026).
The representative also explained that the company was founded to facilitate the receipt of payments from small-scale activities and to handle tax matters. Concrete activities through B.ON Entertainment are expected to begin after March 2027.
However, the schedule and form of activities have not yet been announced in detail. Behind the plans, CBX is still facing an exclusive contract dispute with their former agency, INB100.
Previously, the Seoul Central District Court granted the trio's request to suspend their exclusive contracts until September 2026. This decision allows them to pursue independent activities while the legal process continues. However, the final status of their contract is still pending the court process.
The first hearing regarding the lawsuit is scheduled for November 4, 2026. Even though B.ON Entertainment is a new step for Baekhyun and CBX, their future activities are still worth waiting for. We'll see how they progress with this new agency!
