Samsung has launched a new smartphone in its F smartphone series – called the Galaxy F12. The smartphone has been announced in India and joins the other Galaxy F-series phones.
Samsung Galaxy F12 comes with a 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity-V display with a 90Hz refresh rate and is protected by Corning Gorilla 3. The smartphone is powered by an Exynos 850 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage.
As for the cameras, the smartphone includes a quad-camera setup on the back consisting of a 48MP ISOCELL GM2 primary sensor, a 5MP ultra-wide sensor, and a pair of 2MP depth and macro sensors. As for selfies and video calls, the phone comes with an 8MP sensor on the front punch hole.
Samsung Galaxy F12 ships with Android 11-based OneUI 3.1 skin on top. It is backed by a 6000mAh battery with support for 15W fast charging. On the connectivity front, the smartphone supports 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, and GPS. It also has Dolby Atmos, Widevine L1 certification, a MicroSD card slot.
Samsung Galaxy F12 is priced at Rs 9,999 in India. The price is for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant. There is also a 4GB+128GB variant priced at Rs 10,999.
The smartphone will go on sale on April 12th at 12 noon via Flipkart and Samsung’s official website. It can be bought in two colour variants – Celestial Black, Sky Blue, and Sea Green.
