Vivo has been launched a new version of its Y52s smartphone. Dubbed as the Vivo Y52s t1 Edition, the handset comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 processor.
Vivo Y52s t1 Edition smartphone fea a 6.58-inch LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate and full HD+ resolution. The display houses a punch-hole cutout to house an 8-megapixel selfie camera.
On the back, the smartphone houses a dual-camera setup, with a 48-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The camera is coupled with an LED flash.
Vivo Y52s t1 Edition runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 processor. The chipset had debuted in January this year. The processor also marks the arrival of 5G support in Qualcomm’s entry-level 4-series of processors.
The chip comes with up to 120Hz full HD+ display support, aptX audio, HD content streaming, Kryo 460 CPU with up to 2.0 GHz, Qualcomm Adreno 619 GPU, and Qualcomm Hexagon 686 Processor. Vivo Y31s was the first smartphone with the latest 4-series chip.
That said, the latest Vivo smartphone comes with a 5,000mAh battery and 18W fast charging support. On the software front, it runs on Android 11-based Origin OS. The phone comes with dual-mode 5G, 8GB of RAM and 256GB of built-in storage.
The smartphone is priced at CNY 2,099 ( ₹24,000 approximately). It comes in three colour options – Titanium Gray, Coral Pink and Aurora. The phone is currently available in China. There is no word on when the phone will be released in other markets.
