Moto Edge S30 has been launched as Motorola’s newest flagship smartphone. The new Motorola device comes with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. The company has also brought the Moto Edge X30 Special Edition with an under-display selfie camera and the Moto Edge S30 with Snapdragon 888+ SoC .
The Motorola Moto Edge S30 comes with a 6.80-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080x2460 pixels. Under the hood, The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ processor. It comes with 6GB of RAM. The handset runs on Android 11 OS and is powered by a 5000mAh battery with supports proprietary fast charging.
The Motorola Moto Edge S30 will boast a triple rear camera that may include a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 5-megapixel secondary sensor, and a 2-megapixel tertiary sensor. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies and video calling, featuring a 16-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 aperture and a pixel size of 1.0-micron.
Motorola Moto Edge S30 is based on Android 11 OS operating system and packs 128GB of inbuilt storage. The smartphone is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. In terms of dimensions, the handset measures 168.07 x 75.53 x 8.89mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 202.00 grams.
Connectivity options on the Motorola Moto Edge S30 include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, GPS, Bluetooth v5.20, USB Type-C, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks). Sensors on the smartphone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor. It was launched in Glacier Blue and Phantom Black colours.
