Oppo Reno 5 Pro Plus 5G has been launched with Snapdragon 865 SoC and 50-Megapixel Quad rear camera setup in China. It is the slightly upgraded variant of Oppo Reno 5 Pro which was launched earlier this month. Oppo Reno 5 Pro+ 5G runs on ColorOS 11 on top of Android 11 out of the box and comes in two color options – Star River Dream and Floating Night Shadow

Oppo Reno 5 Pro Plus 5G sports a 6.55-inch FHD+ AMOLED (1080 x 2400 pixels) resolution display with 90Hz refresh rate and a single punch-hole cutout on the top left corner for selfie and videos. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC, Adreno 650 GPU, and paired with up to 12GB RAM. The Reno5 Pro+ 5G houses up to 256GB UFS 2.1 storage.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Oppo Reno 5 Pro Plus 5G is equipped with a Quad rear camera setup that includes a 50-Megapixel (Primary) camera + 16-Megapixel (Ultrawide) sensor + 13-Megapixel (Telephoto) lens + 2-Megapixel (macro) lens. On the front, There is a 32-Megapixel selfie shooter. The smartphone runs on ColorOS 11 on top of Android 11 out of the box.

Oppo Reno 5 Pro Plus 5G packs a 4,500mAh battery that supports 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging technology. For Connectivity options, the smartphone supports dual sim slot, 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5, GPS/ GLONASS/ Beidou, NFC, and USB Type-C port. The Sensor onboard includes an accelerometer, gyroscope, ambient light sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor.

For pricing and availability, the base model of Oppo Reno 5 Pro Plus 5G carries a price tag of RMB 3,999 (around Rs.45,000) with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage whereas the 12GB RAM + 256GB variant is priced at RMB 4,499 (around Rs.50,600). The first sale is going to be live 29th December in China. However, The company has not confirmed any information regarding to its international launch.
