Samsung Galaxy A12 smartphone has been finally unveiled after some rumors along with Samsung Galaxy A02s. The handset emerged as a successor of the Samsung Galaxy A11 that was revealed in March this year. The device comes with a 6.5 inches Infinity-V TFT display, a MediaTek octa-core processor, 48-megapixel quad rear camera, and a 5000mah battery.

Samsung Galaxy A12 features a 6.5 inches Infinity-V TFT display with HD+ resolution. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core chipset clocked at 1.8GHz and 2.3GHz, most probably it is gonna be a MediaTek Helio P35 processor coupled with IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU. As for OS software, the device is running on Android 10 with One UI on top.

In terms of camera, the Samsung Galaxy A12 boasts a quad rear camera setup that includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor, a 5-megapixel ultrawide sensor, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. For selfies and video , the smartphone has an 8-megapixel front-facing camera inside a V-shaped notch.

The Samsung Galaxy A12 comes equipped with a 5000mah battery and 15W fast charging support. For connectivity, the smartphone includes 4G LTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and a USB Type-C port. In terms of sensors, the handset includes almost all the sensors including a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. In terms of dimensions the device measures 164×75.8×8.9mm and weighs 205g.

As for pricing and availability, the Samsung Galaxy A12 comes in 3GB, 4GB, and 6GB RAM options and 64GB/128GB storage options. As per the GSMarena report, the 64GB model will cost 179 euro and 199 euro for the 128GB variant. Samsung offered the smartphone in four color options Black, Blue, White, and Red.
