Samsung Galaxy M51 smartphone announced in Germany, with quad rear camera setup and a 7000mah battery. The handset display comes with a central punch-hole cutout and two color variants- Black and white. Samsung hasn’t made any official announcement about the launch of the device in India but it is rumored to launch in the second week of September in India. 

Samsung Galaxy M51 features a 6.7-inch full-HD+ (1080×2400 pixels) Super AMOLED+ Infinity-O display. The hole-punch cutout is placed at the top center and is equipped with a selfie camera. There is not any confirmation by Samsung, which processor has been used on the smartphone. Under the hood, the SoC could be an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 SoC. It comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB onboard storage that can be expanded using a microSD card.

In terms of camera, the Samsung Galaxy M51 has a quad rear camera setup that includes a 64-megapixel (Primary) sensor with an aperture of f/1.8 lens + 12-megapixel (Ultrawide) sensor that offers a 123-degree field-of-view + 5-megapixel (depth) sensor + 5-megapixel (macro) camera. On the front, the smartphone comes with a 32-megapixel shooter for selfies and video calls. The smartphone runs on OneUI which is based on Android 10 out of the box. 

The Samsung Galaxy M51 packs with a massive 7,000mAh battery and support of 25W quick-charging. For connectivity option, the smartphone includes support of 4G as well as Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, and a USB Type-C port. In terms of sensors, the device has an accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, magnetometer, and a side-mounted fingerprint.

As for official pricing and availability, the Samsung Galaxy M51 announced in a single variant of 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage that costs EUR 360 (around Rs 31,500). It comes in two color variants- namely Black and white. the smartphone is available pre-order on Samsung’s official website in Germany. The handset will reportedly be priced between Rs. 25,000 and Rs. 30,000.
