OnePlus 10 Pro has gone on sale in India. The flagship offering was launched last week as the company's most premium handset to date. The smartphone can be purchased from the company's e-store, Amazon, and authorized retail stores. As for the key highlights, it has a 120Hz AMOLED screen, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, Hasselblad-branded triple rear cameras and 80W fast-charging support.
OnePlus 10 Pro is the successor to the company's popular smartphone, the 9 Pro that was launched last year. With the all-new 10 Pro, OnePlus aims to rival premium flagships such as Samsung Galaxy S22 and the upcoming Xiaomi 12 Pro. The 10 Pro offers a redesigned camera setup, a newer chipset, advanced cooling system, and comparatively faster charging than its predecessor.
The OnePlus 10 Pro bears a 6.7-inch QHD+ (1440x3216 pixels) AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and an aspect ratio of 20:9. The flagship handset sports a punch-hole cut-out on the top-left corner with slim bezels, curved edges, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. It has an aluminum frame and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus for protecting the display.
Under the hood, the OnePlus 10 Pro is fueled by an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, accompanied by up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. At the heart, it boots the latest OxygenOS 12.1, based on Android 12. out of the box. The smartphone draws power from a 5,000mAh battery that supports 80W fast-charging. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, GPS, dual-SIMs, 5G, and a Type-C port.
In terms of optics, the OnePlus 10 Pro is equipped with a triple camera arrangement on the rear, comprising a 48MP (f/1.8, OIS) primary sensor, a 50MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide camera, and an 8MP (f/2.4, OIS) telephoto lens. On the front, it offers a 32MP (f/2.4) snapper for selfies and video calls. The smartphone is capable of recording 8K videos at 30fps via the rear camera.
For pricing and availability, the OnePlus 10 Pro costs Rs. 66,999 for the base 8GB/128GB model and Rs. 71,999 for the 12GB/256GB variant. The smartphone is offered in Emerald Forest and Volcanic Black color options. It can be purchased online from the OnePlus e-store and e-commerce platform store Amazon India.
