One more K-Pop idol has been tested positive for Covid-19. This time it was Jay 's turn from the boy group ENHYPEN who gave this unpleasant news. Soompi launches, BELIFT LAB announced the artist's health condition through an official statement released today, Thursday (July 21, 2022). 

At first, Jay found out that he was positive for Covid-19 after testing with a self-test kit this morning. Soon after, this ENHYPEN member immediately performed a PCR test to confirm the diagnosis that came out earlier. The test results showed that Jay was positive for Covid-19. 

Not only Jay, all  the other ENHYPEN members also had time to do a test with a self-test kit and the results that came out showed that they were negative. After being confirmed positive, Jay ENHYPEN is now self-quarantining in a place far from the other members . He was also forced to be absent from participating in group activities in the future until he was officially declared cured. 

According to the information provided by the agency, Jay is currently known to be experiencing symptoms of a mild sore throat and body aches. Furthermore, the following is the complete statement released by BELIFT LAB regarding Jay ENHYPEN's health condition, which has just been confirmed positive for Covid-19. 

" Hello. This is BELIFT LAB. We would like to share with you some information about ENHYPEN member Jay who was diagnosed with Covid-19 as well as his activities adjustment. Jay underwent a self-test and tested positive on the morning of July 21 (Thursday). He immediately did a PCR test, which also came back positive. 

Jay is currently showing symptoms of a mild sore throat and body aches and is currently being treated at a home away from the other members. All the other ENHYPEN members also underwent self-test on July 21 and the results were negative for everyone. Due to this, Jay is unable to participate in ENHYPEN's schedule at this time. 

We will continue to provide updates as to when he will resume his activities. Our company will place the health of the artist as our top priority, and we will do everything we can to assist Jay in his speedy recovery. We will also diligently cooperate with requests and guidelines from health authorities. Thank you."
