BLACKPINK finally made a comeback with the release of the album Born Pink. In just a week after the order opened, they have achieved fantastic sales figures. YG Entertainment has officially revealed the number of orders for the new BORN PINK album which will be released on September 16, 2022.
Orders for the second album have reached 1.5 million units in just a week. Thus, many predict that BLACKPINK's album orders will reach 2 to 3 million units before the BORN PINK album is officially released. Moreover, this is BLACKPINK's comeback after 2 years of hiatus.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK will also release the song Pink Venom as the opening song ahead of the release of the album BORN PINK. The song will be released August 19, 2022. As previously reported, BLACKPINK will be one of four artists added to the list of performers at the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards.
