Thai actor, Nanon Korapat released the song along with the music video titled My Universe is You on July 6. Nanon's co-star in the YOUniverse mini-series, Janhae Ployshompoo, was appointed as the model in the music video. Uniquely, the storyline in the video clip of this song is still related to the YOUniverse mini-series where Nanon's love for Janhae is one-sided.

The song My Universe is You is one of the projects on the album Boys Don't Cry. The album contains nine songs with the theme of heartbreak from nine actors from the GMMTV agency.
