COVID-19 has hit Korean artists again. It was reported that a number of K-Pop idols had to cancel activities due to contracting the virus. One of them is a member of ASTRO , Sanha. Based on a statement released by Fantagio, as management, Sanha tested positive for COVID-19 after admitting he was not feeling well.
"Sanha underwent a rapid test because of his deteriorating physical condition and also had a headache. After undergoing the test, the results were positive," said Fantagio. "Currently, Sanha is not showing any symptoms at all apart from dizziness and a mild flu. Sanha will undergo independent quarantine as recommended by the medical authorities," he continued.
So, Sanha had to stop a number of scheduled activities for a while. He is scheduled to take part in a fan signing event on January 12 and 14, 2023 as well as a radio program on January 10 and 13, 2023. "We will notify the continuation of Sanha 's schedule of activities going forward in a separate statement," he concluded. With this, ASTRO's Sanha has been declared COVID-19 three times.
Meanwhile Moonbin, who is currently promoting with Sanha, tested negative. Moonbin and Sanha made a comeback as a sub-unit through the mini album INCENSE. The theme carried through this comeback is an alluring perfume. INCENSE consists of six songs of various genres.
Besides Madness, which was chosen as the main song, there are also Perfumer, Chup Chup, and Your Day. On the song Madness, for the first time in his entire career, Sanha appeared as a rapper. Meanwhile Moonbin participated in the writing and composing of the song. However, due to Sanha 's positive diagnosis of COVID-19 , comeback promotions had to be temporarily halted.
