NCT 127 again added to their winning trophy at the weekly music event through the song ' Ay-Yo '. This is the third winning trophy for the song 'Ay-Yo' after successfully getting first place on MBC's weekly music event ' Music Core '. Quoting from Allkpop on Saturday February 11, 2023, the weekly music event MBC 'Music Core' nominated three songs to take first place in this week's episode.
The three songs are 'Ay-Yo' from NCT 127, 'Sugar Rush Ride' belonging to TXT, and also 'Ditto' from NewJeans. The song 'Ay-Yo' from NCT 127 won first place with a score of 8979 points. With the following breakdown: Digital (5000 points), Album (1000 points), SNS (493 points), Broadcast (486 points), V Committee (500 Points), Global Pre-vote (500 points), Text Live Voting ( 500 points), and App Live Voting (500 points).
Meanwhile, NewJeans' song 'Ditto' took second place with 5103 points. Followed by the song 'Sugar Rush Ride' from TXT which is in third place with a score of 3947 points. With this win, the song 'Ay-Yo' won its third win on the weekly music event, as well as the 31st win overall for NCT 127. The victory for the song 'Ay-Yo' this time felt even more special because MC Jungwoo and Johnny immediately gave the winning trophy to the other NCT 127 members.
