The South Korean girl group BLACKPINK has again carved their achievements. This time, BLACKPINK managed to break the record through their world tour concert titled Born Pink. Reporting from Allkpop on Wednesday May 31, 2023, Born Pink was recorded as the group concert with the highest gross income in history.

BLACKPINK earns nearly 10 million dollars (around Rp. 150 billion) every night from tickets to their sold-out concerts in Mexican stadiums. BLACKPINK's Born Pink world tour kicked off in Seoul in October 2022, and since then their concerts have been sold out in North America, Europe, and Asia.

In Mexico City, BLACKPINK held two sold-out concerts at the Foro Sol stadium, which has a capacity of 65,000 people. The group's total gross from the two concerts was $19.4 million, making Born Pink the highest-grossing concert by a group in history. In addition to breaking the record for the highest-grossing concert, Born Pink is also the highest-grossing concert tour in the girl group category.

BLACKPINK's Born Pink turd has grossed over $78 million (over Rp. 1 trillion), surpassing the previous record held by the Spice Girls. Netizens were amazed by the achievements of the girl group consisting of Jennie, Lisa, Rose and Jisoo. " They deserve it, " said one netizen. " I'm very proud of them. They have struggled so far.

Their Born Pink Tour is red, a lot of money than they expected. They only think about their fans and perform well, " said another netizen. " The first time you came to Mexico just to break a record, see when you become legends, " another netizen replied. " I wonder how much the members get from the concert income, or does the agency take 95%? " asked another netizen.

" Even though YG is involved in many scandals and can't handle them well, they are known as the most generous agency. They give their artists a larger percentage than other agencies," said another netizen. Meanwhile, BLACKPINK will continue to hold their Born Pink world tour concerts until next August.
