Kang Daniel recently announced the promotion schedule for his upcoming comeback with the 4th mini album titled 'REALIEZ'. On the schedule, there was an announcement that Kang Daniel would be releasing a song titled ' WASTELAND ' ahead of the release of his album.

Following the release schedule, Kang Daniel's agency, KONNECT Entertainment, provided more details about the song 'WASTELAND'. According to KONNECT Entertainment, the song will be entirely in English. Besides, the song will convey the messages of Kang Daniel's new album about "real", "lie", and "realize" in a unique way.

The song 'WASTELAND' follows the line-up of pre-release songs from Kang Daniel, which also includes the pre-release songs 'Waves' from the mini album vol.2, MAGENTA and 'Paranoia' from the mini album vol.3, YELLOW. 'WASTELAND' will also be Kang Daniel's second English song after his collaboration song 'Look Where We Are' with 220 Kid and Willim which was released earlier this year.

'WASTELAND' will be released next Wednesday, June 7 2023 at 18.00 local time. After that, Kang Daniel's 4th mini album, 'REALIEZ', will be released on Monday, 19 June 2023. On June 4, 2023 at midnight local time, Kang Daniel revealed his first teaser content marking his comeback.

As previously announced, the singer who was born on December 10, 1996 will release various teasers and content from June 4 to the release of his full album on June 19, 2023.
