ZEROBASEONE has also shown their popularity globally. Ktown4u or the popular K-pop album and merchandise store that caters to international fans has recorded 184,000 pre-orders for their debut mini album, Youth in the Shade.

3. The most followed rookie boy groups 2023 on Instagram


The presence of social media is one indicator of the popularity and influence of a group in the digital era. This has been proven by ZEROBASEONE which managed to amass a follower count of 1.8 million at the time of writing, competing with BABYMONSTER.

4. The most followed 2023 rookie groups on MelOn


ZEROBASEONE, once again, managed to amass over 10k followers on MelOn, South Korea's largest online music store and streaming service. The rookie group has surpassed BOYNEXTDOOR who held the previous record with 4.4K followers.
