The documentary film for the boy group NCT 127 is confirmed to be broadcast in Indonesia from September 22 to 24, 2023. Titled NCT 127 1st Tour NEO CITY: SEOUL - The Origin, the film is presented in documentary format and will show NCT 127's concert at the KSPO Dome, Seoul, during their first series of tours in 2019.
This news was announced directly by Feat Pictures as the distributor who will carry the film from the group made by SM Entertainment. Feat Pictures also uploaded a film poster featuring the nine NCT 127 member, including Taeyong, Yuta, Doyoung, Jaehyun, Jungwoo, Taeil, Johnny, Mark, and Haechan.
"Soon to be broadcast next week!" wrote the official account @FeatPictures on Wednesday September 13, 2023 at 20.30 WIB. The screening of this documentary also coincides with the arrival of NCT 127 to Indonesia as one of the performers at the SMTOWN Live 2023 concert.
Not only NCT 127, the concert held at the GBK Main Stadium on September 23, 2023 will also be attended by a number of other groups under SM Entertainment, starting from Super Junior, TVXQ, aespa, Red Velvet, NCT Dream, WayV, to the newly debuted boy group in September, RIIZE. Meanwhile, NEO CITY - The Origin is the first world tour series held by NCT 127 since their debut in 2016.
The tour was held for two days at the KSPO Dome, Seoul, on January 26 and 27, 2019. After that, the singer of the song "Kick It" greeted their fans in seven cities in Japan, followed by a series of tours in the United States, Canada and Mexico. NCT 127 also visited other Asian countries, such as Thailand, before visiting Russia, England and France.
The NEO CITY - The Origin tour series officially closed in February 2020 by visiting Singapore and four cities in Japan. Through this concert, NCT 127 treated fans to a number of songs from their three albums, namely Regular-Irregular (2018), Awaken (2019), and We Are Superhuman (2019).
Not only that, NCT 127 also performed hit songs, such as "Cherry Bomb", "Good Thing", "Touch", "Fire Truck", and "Wake Up". Recently, NCT 127 made a comeback through the release of their fifth album entitled Fact Check which is planned for release on October 6, 2023.
