Unpleasant news has arrived again for loyal fans of the show "2 Days & 1 Night Season 4 ," because another member, Yeon Jung Hoon, will be leaving the show. Reported by  Soompi  on Thursday June 13, 2024, the KBS2 entertainment program "2 Days & 1 Night Season 4" announced that members Yeon Jung Hoon, Na In Woo , and production director (PD) Lee Jung Kyu will leave the program.

Previously, it was confirmed that Na In Woo and PD Lee Jung Kyu would be leaving the event. Regarding Yeon Jung Hoon, a spokesperson for his agency also confirmed, "Yeon Jung Hoon has indeed resigned. He ultimately decided to leave to concentrate on his acting career after discussing with the production team.”

Yeon Jung Hoon joined “2 Days & 1 Night Season 4” in 2019. He had played the oldest member in the fourth season but will be leaving the show after approximately four years. Meanwhile, Yeon Jung Hoon, Na In Woo, and PD Lee Jung Kyu's final filming is scheduled for this month. They intend to say goodbye directly to viewers during the broadcast.

The production team would like to thank Yeon Jung Hoon, Na In Woo, and PD Lee Jung Kyu for their passionate contributions to “2 Days & 1 Night.” They stated, “We are grateful for their dedication and will continue to support them as they take time to recharge and prepare for new projects.”

The reality show "2 Days & 1 Night" is a legendary show that started on August 5 2007. Apart from Korean viewers, this show has achieved worldwide popularity thanks to broadcasts on the YouTube platform with English subtitles. "2 Days & 1 Night" has the main concept of recommending various interesting places that viewers can visit in South Korea. 

Filming for each new journey is usually carried out 2 weeks before its broadcast on the KBS2 television channel. With the departure of two members of "2 Days & 1 Night" viewers will certainly feel they have missed them greatly. But we can all only support and respect whatever their decisions are.
