Yeo Jin Goo recently shared his experiences while filming the action-suspense film ' Hijacking ', which he starred in with Ha Jung Woo, Sung Dong Il and Chae Soo Bin. Set in 1971, 'Hijacking' depicts the story of the illegal seizure of a plane full of passengers in the air. Shows extreme situations between passengers, crew and hijackers. Yeo Jin Goo will play a villain named Yong Dae.

Yong Dae is a pirate from Sokcho, Gangwon Province. He committed this crime after he experienced discrimination because his older brother was accused of being a member of the North Korean People's Army during the Korean War. Therefore, he had no other choice but to hijack a commercial plane and reunite with his older brother who was in North Korea.

Launching from the Kdramastars page on Monday June 17, 2024, Yeo Jin Goo shared an interesting experience during the filming process, where he accidentally hit Ha Jung Woo because he felt too emotional. This happened when there was an intense scene between him and Ha Jung Woo.

His emotions at that time were at their peak, because of burning revenge. Clearly, the actor expressed, “It (Yong Dae's character) is a role that involves a lot of emotions, and it is a role that makes you angry. Moreover, because I'm acting in a small space, no matter how peaceful I am, I often act close and threatening."

So there were times when he let loose and hit his senior, Ha Jung Woo. However, Yeo Jin Goo admitted that he was grateful because his senior did not mind the situation. "Actually I hit him several times. I was really acting up. But he understood and said it was okay. Every time I hit him, he looked at me kindly and said, 'It's okay, hit me'," continued the former child actor the.

Interestingly, the senior actor also commented on Yeo Jin Goo's statement. “However, we know that you are immersed in this because we are professionals, but as a trained actor, you have to control your emotions even when acting another scene, right?”

Ha Jung Woo himself will play the main role in the film 'Hijacking', playing a character named Tae In, a former Korean Air Force fighter pilot who now works as a commercial pilot. Meanwhile, 'Hijacking' itself is scheduled to be shown on June 21, 2024 in all South Korean cinemas.
