ASTRO's Cha Eun Woo Becomes Calvin Klein Model

ASTRO's Cha Eun Woo is the new face of Calvin Klein. Fans are immediately excited that Cha Eun Woo is following in the footsteps of his two best friends SEVENTEEN's Mingyu and BTS' Jungkook. 

As is known, Cha Eun Woo is part of a K-pop idol group born in 1997 with SEVENTEEN's Mingyu and BTS's Jungkook. They often have dinner together and share the moment on Instagram. As a result, Cha Eun Woo's appearance in Calvin Klein's global campaign surprised many K-pop fans.

In a photo shared by Calvin Klein on Monday August 9, 2024, Cha Eun Woo looks stunning with the latest collection for fall. Unlike SEVENTEEN's Mingyu and BTS's Jungkook who showed off their sixpacks, Cha Eun Woo appeared in a semi-formal style wearing a jacket and suit.

The style shown by Cha Eun Woo in the Calvin Klein global campaign tends to be more 'covered' compared to his two best friends, SEVENTEEN's Mingyuu and BTS's Jungkook. Even so, Cha Eun Woo has his own charm with his face to the point of being called Face Genius.

"I've been a fan of Calvin Klein's collections for a long time, so it feels amazing to be a part of this campaign," said Cha Eun Woo, in an official Calvin Klein statement. Cha Eun Woo's fall collection includes a black t-shirt with Calvin Klein logo details, jeans, a red bomber jacket, a black leather jacket, and a suit.

As reported on the official website, the red 'Classic Bomber Jacket' collection worn by Cha Eun Woo is priced at $189. The item is being sold at a discount to $151.2. There is also Cha Eun Woo's appearance like a CEO wearing a 'Double-Breasted Wool Gabardine Blend Blazer' for $499. 

Fans who want to have a twin blue shirt can choose the 'Paneled Cotton Button-Down Shirt' for $179. Now, many Korean netizens and fans are hoping that NCT's Jaehyun will join as a Calvin Klein model. Considering that the NCT K-pop group member is also a member of the 97 Liners chat group.

Meanwhile, other fans are waiting for the moment when BTS's Jungkook, SEVENTEEN's Mingyu, and Cha Eun Woo will be brought together in one frame as models for the American brand. "Wow, weren't all their models born in 1997? They all look good," commented a netizen on a Korean community forum.
