Cha Hak Yeon Accepts Challenge of Playing in BL Drama 'My Neighbor Killer'

Cha Hak Yeon will take on the challenge of playing a role in a boy lover drama ! This is Cha Hak Yeon's first time taking on a role in a BL (BoysLove) drama, which will certainly prove his acting skills even more. 

Reporting from Xports News  on Tuesday November 26, 2024, Cha Hak Yeon will appear as the main character in the new drama ' My Neighbor Killer '. The drama is planned to be released via OTT, but the exact platform has not been decided. 

 'Killer Next Door' is a boy lover genre drama that depicts the story of a professional baseball player and a fan. Cha Hak Yeon will play Yoon Je, a fan of a professional baseball player. 

However, who will play the professional baseball player has not been revealed, making viewers curious about who will be Cha Hak Yeon's co-star in this drama.  Cha Hak Yeon debuted as a member of the group VIXX. 

He was later recognized as an actor after consistently appearing in various drama works. Such as in the dramas 'Mine', 'Secret Royal Inspector and Joy', 'Bad and Crazy', and 'Joseon Attorney: A Morality'. 

In addition, through his latest work 'Castaway Diva', actor Cha Hak Yeon is increasingly known to the public because of his interesting character in the drama. He is an older brother who accidentally likes his younger sibling's first love. 

However, because of his unrequited feelings, he chooses to follow his heart and become a cool older brother to his younger sibling. Cha Hak Yeon will also appear in the drama 'Labor Attorney Noh Moo Jin' with Jung Kyung Ho which is scheduled to air next year. 

However, his role has not been confirmed as to who he will play in the drama. Cha Hak Yeon has been acting and building his filmography for a long time, but this is his first chance to challenge the BL genre.
