GOT7 is finally ready to greet their fans again with a new song after a three-year hiatus. On Thursday December 19, 2024, GOT7 released a stunning group teaser photo featuring all seven members wearing sleek black outfits. Along with the teaser, GOT7 also officially announced their comeback date, which is January 20, 2025 at 6 p.m. KST.
This comeback marks GOT7's first comeback in nearly three years. The group was last known to have released the EP of the same name GOT7 and the title track NAANANA in May 2022. GOT7 is a boy group that debuted in 2014 under JYP Entertainment.
They rocked the K-Pop industry with their mini album Got It? which became an instant hit. Not only existing as a group, the seven members of GOT7 consisting of JB, Mark, Jinyoung, Jackson, Youngjae, BamBam and Yugyeom, also have solo careers that are no less successful.
In the seventh year of the group's debut, precisely in 2021, GOT7 decided not to renew their contract and chose to leave JYP Entertainment. However, the decision to leave does not mean that GOT7 is disbanding. They emphasized at that time that they were only on hiatus as a group and that solo activities would still be carried out.
