NCT's Doyoung successfully performed the final performance of the musical ' The Man Who Laughs ' in Seoul with all tickets sold out. As reported by Naver on Wednesday February 26, 2025, Doyoung, who played the character Gwynplaine in the musical drama entitled 'The Man Who Laughs', just held his last performance in Seoul on February 25, 2025.

The musical drama adapted from the novel by French writer Victor Hugo has successfully attracted the attention of musical drama lovers and become one of the most popular shows. Especially with the presence of NCT's Doyoung as the main player. All tickets for the musical drama were sold out as soon as they went on sale. 

Including additional seats with limited views, it also sold out. This proves Doyoung's popularity among local fans. At the last show in Seoul, Doyoung put on his best performance by pouring out all the emotions of the character he played. It invited a standing ovation from the audience present. 

With his charming vocal abilities, as well as his diverse and emotional facial expressions when showing happiness, confusion, fear and sadness, the fans who attended were carried away by the story. Closing his final stage in Seoul, the singer of 'Little Light' said, "This was a very valuable experience for me. I was able to learn and grow through the character of Gwynplaine and the musical 'The Man Who Laughs.'" 

"I would like to thank the actors, staff, and also the orchestra players who gave me the opportunity to perform. Most importantly, I was able to finish all the performances well thanks to the audience who came to support me and gave me lots of love. I will never forget these memories," he added. 

Doyoung who is active in various fields ranging from music, entertainment, MC, and acting has now built his name as one of the musical drama players. Fans can't wait for what other roles he will take in the future. After closing the show in Seoul, Doyoung will continue performing the musical drama 'The Man Who Laughs' in Daegu, Seongnam, and Busan.
