BTS's J-Hope was a guest star on the popular program "I Live Alone" on February 28, 2025. On that occasion, the idol born in 1994 introduced his luxurious house in Los Angeles, California, United States. On the latest episode of “I Live Alone,” J-Hope took viewers into his life in Los Angeles, where he’s been working on his solo album since his military discharge.

Once his LA home was revealed, the show’s MCs couldn’t hide their amazement. As the camera pans around J-Hope's house, MC Jun Hyun Moo brings up the topic of the idol's house in Korea. "But many people are curious about your house in Korea," Hyun Moo said, curious about the idol's residence in Korea.

J-Hope then revealed the reason why he showed his house in America, instead of South Korea. "After I got out of the military, I went to the United States. During that time, I was actually preparing to move to Korea," said J-Hope. MC Hyun Moo joked, "I think this is a bigger picture for J-Hope. I mean he'll reveal his house in Korea later."

The "I Live Alone" members cheered as J-Hope agreed, "Okay, I'll do it." Throughout the episode, J-Hope showed off his luxurious home and his daily life in LA, including his first driving experience. The idol also tried out his first drive-thru food experience. J-Hope visits In-N-Out, one of the West Coast’s most iconic burger chains, determined to order entirely in English.

With confidence, he orders, showing his preparation and effort. However, when the staff's final question caught him by surprise, he struggled to understand, resulting in a hilarious and relatable moment that touched viewers' hearts. J-Hope laughed at the situation by joking, "People think I'm good at English, but if I can't avoid it, I might as well just enjoy it."

Next, J-Hope revealed his thought process in getting inspiration for his music. While walking in the park, J-Hope sang a few songs and wrote down the lyrics that might be on his phone. Meanwhile, J-Hope announced his solo world tour "Hope on the Stage" starting on February 28, 2025 in Seoul. He will continue his world tour until June 2025, covering major cities in Asia and North America.
