After the success of her collaboration with Bruno Mars in APT., BLACKPINK's Rosé will release a new single! This time it's part of the OST of a Hollywood film titled F1. F1 is a film starring Brad Pitt and Damson Idris.
Through the album F1: The Album, the film announced a series of artists who will sing its soundtrack. Rosé is among the list of stars who sing the OST for the film directed by Joseph Kosinski. The BLACKPINK member's new song is titled Messy.
In addition to Rosé, the album F1: The Album will also contain songs sung by RAYE and Doja Cat, BLACKPINK Lisa's collaborator on the single Born Again. Then there are Ed Sheeran, Don Toliver, Tate McRae, Burna Boy, Roddy Ricch, and others. F1: The Album is scheduled to be released on June 27, 2025.
Simultaneously with the film's global theatrical release. F1: The Album is Rosé's first project to fill the soundtrack of a Hollywood film. A few years ago, BLACKPINK's song was also featured in the film Justice League although it was not released as an official soundtrack.
Not long ago, the woman who is identical with her blonde hair was nominated for the 2025 American Music Awards. She entered the K-Pop and non-K-Pop categories. The song APT. sung by her with Bruno Mars was nominated in the Collaboration of the Year category.
Also in the same nomination was the song Die With A Smile by Lady Gaga with Bruno Mars. In the K-Pop category, THEBLACKLABEL's artist is the only woman nominated for Favorite K-Pop Artist. The other nominees are all men: ATEEZ, BTS's Jimin, BTS's RM, and Stray Kids.
