South Korean actress Kim Ji Won has finally announced her fandom name for her fans. On Monday July 14, 2025, Kim Ji Won's official fandom name was announced via her fan cafe.
Kim Ji Won admitted that it took a long time to choose the right name to represent her fans. " Finally... We have a name! We have a name! All the names our fancafe sent us were so cute and meaningful, so I took a long time to decide ," wrote Kim Ji Won.
Kim Ji Won's official fandom name is WONEDAY which is a combination of Won from Kim Ji Won's name) and One which means one. " A name that carries my hope to spend every day well with all of you, so that it feels more perfect ," she said.
The Fight for My Way star admitted that he still feels awkward calling his fans WONEDAY. However, he hopes to quickly get used to his fandom's name. Previously having an official fandom name, Kim Ji Won and her fans had a special nickname.
Kim Ji Won often called her fans Dongdeng. Meanwhile, her fans gave her the aegyo name Ding. Fans immediately welcomed the official fandom name, proudly calling themselves WONEDAY.
