South Korean actor Song Kang will soon be discharged from the military this year. Ahead of his return, Song Kang has been eyed to play a pianist in the upcoming Korean drama set in the music industry, Four Hands.
According to an exclusive report by SpoTV News on Monday June 30, 2025, Song Kang received an offer to play the main role in the Korean drama Four Hands. Shortly after, Song Kang's agency, Namoo Actors released an official statement to confirm the news.
Four Hands is now one of the acting projects being considered for his comeback. "It is one of the projects he has received an offer for and is currently considering it," a representative from Song Kang's agency said, as reported by Soompi.
For your information, Four Hands is a term that refers to the technique of playing the piano, when two people play it simultaneously. This drama will depict the story of love, friendship, competition, and the development of young people who meet at an Art High School.

His character Luka, works as an assistant to a music composer Ha Rip (played by Jung Kyung Ho) who sold his soul to the devil for 10 years to gain wealth and fame. Meanwhile, Song Kang began his mandatory military service as an Army soldier on Tuesday April 2, 2024. The actor is scheduled to complete his national service on Wednesday October 1, 2025.
