Shocking news has come from BTS member Jungkook. His personal Instagram account, @mnijungkook, has reportedly been temporarily suspended by Instagram. This immediately sent fans into a frenzy and sparked a discussion on social media.
This information first emerged through a post on TikTok showing a screenshot of the notification Jungkook received. In the notification, Instagram stated that his account was suspected of carrying out activities that violated intellectual property rights policies.
Instagram also issued a warning that if Jungkook did not submit a request for review within 180 days, the account would be permanently deactivated. "Your account, or the activity on your account, does not comply with our intellectual property policies.
If you do not request a review within 180 days, your account will be permanently disabled," the notice reads. Due to this suspension, fans, or ARMY, will temporarily be unable to see Jungkook's activity or past posts on Instagram.
Despite this, support for the idol has only grown on social media, particularly TikTok. Many ARMYs have expressed their concern through various posts and hashtags of support.
They hope Jungkook's Instagram account can be restored soon and used again as usual. “Jungkook’s account is gone, but we know he’ll be back!” wrote one fan on social media.
In the midst of this situation, Jungkook is also said to have reminded his fans to continue to comply with the rules that apply on social media. While waiting for clarity regarding his Instagram account, many ARMYs have now switched to following Jungkook's activities via TikTok.
Despite the ongoing issues with his Instagram account, fan support doesn't seem to wane. ARMYs remain loyal and wait for BTS's youngest member's account to be reactivated and usable again.
