Stray Kids' I.N has reportedly purchased an apartment in Seoul’s ultra-prestigious Apgujeong Hyundai complex for a jaw-dropping 8.9 billion won and he paid for the entire thing in cash.

According to real estate insiders and court registry records, the 25-year-old singer finalized the deal on a spacious 1,733-square-foot unit back in April 2026. Because there are no mortgages or bank loans registered on the property’s title deed, experts confirm he bought the luxury home outright with cash.

Interestingly, he isn’t the only Stray Kids member living large in the neighborhood. His bandmate Changbin made a very similar power move last year, dropping 9.4 billion won in cash on a slightly larger apartment in the exact same complex.

Originally built in 1976 right along the scenic banks of the Han River, the neighborhood is currently gearing up for a massive, multi-billion-dollar redevelopment project. The high-stakes reconstruction plan will transform the area into a futuristic luxury mega-complex, boasting skyscrapers up to 65 stories high.

Real estate insiders look at I.N and Changbin’s cash purchases not just as luxury upgrades, but as incredibly smart, long-term investments in what is widely considered the crown jewel of Seoul real estate. Born in 2001, I.N is the youngest member of the powerhouse boy group Stray Kids, who debuted under JYP Entertainment in 2018.

The group has seen meteoric global success, recently making history as the first K-pop act to land eight consecutive number-one albums on the Billboard 200 chart, while comfortably crossing a massive 40 million in career album sales.
