TXT's Soobin Appears as a Weather Announcer, His Real-Life Visuals Are Breathtaking

TXT's Soobin surprised the audience with his appearance as a weatherman on Korea's leading television station, YTN. The TXT member appeared on a live broadcast of 2PM's 'New Square' program alongside meteorologist Lee Hye Min on Tuesday July 22, 2025.

However, what makes TXT's Soobin's performance even more special isn't just his calm and confident delivery, but also his undeniably impressive visuals. A netizen shared a candid photo of TXT's Soobin passing him on the street, working as a weathercaster. 

The photo eventually went viral on Korean community forums. Appearing in a navy suit, a plain white t-shirt, and jeans, TXT's Soobin looked absolutely stunning. Several Korean netizens noted that the "Love Language" singer looked even more handsome in realistic cellphone photos than in fansite photos.

During the live broadcast, TXT's Soobin discussed the sweltering heat following the recent monsoon rains. Despite his smooth on-screen appearance, TXT's Soobin revealed that the experience was challenging.

He admitted to being nervous about having to quickly adapt to the live broadcast situation and the constantly changing script. "I'm not really a nervous person and I don't know if it's the heat or the nerves, but I'm sweating a lot today. I gave it my all today." 

"The script keeps changing even 10 minutes before the broadcast. Since everything has to be reported live, I think they keep updating it to convey accurate information. I really respect weather forecasters," said TXT's Soobin in an interview with YTN. Despite the pressure, TXT's Soobin still managed to carry out his duties well. 

He also shared his feelings with MOAs (TXT's fanbase) via Weverse and received praise. "I was the weather forecaster today. It's a shame I messed up so badly. No, but I only received the script today so I couldn't practice properly... So, considering that, I think I did well."

Soobin's appearance as a weather announcer also became a momentum to promote the comeback of the K-Pop group TXT who had just released the full album 'The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION' the day before, to be precise on Monday July 21, 2025. 

"Hopefully our songs can comfort those who are going through hard times," said TXT's Soobin during the live broadcast, before showing a little choreography from the song 'Beautiful Strangers'.
