South Korean actor Park Bo Gum has revealed the secret to maintaining his good looks. The star of the Korean drama "When Life Gives You Tangerines" apparently follows a strict diet to maintain his slim face.

On Wednesday July 30, 2025, Park Bo Gum appeared as a guest on the SBS Power FM radio show 'DinDin Music High'. In the middle of their conversation, DinDin suddenly asked a question that also sparked fans' curiosity.

Park Bo Gum and DinDin had previously filmed a variety show together. The host began to wonder how Park Bo Gum's weight remained stable despite eating so much. "How do you maintain your appearance?

You eat more than I thought. I was surprised when we filmed a variety show together," asked DinDin, highlighting Park Bo Gum's physique which looked perfect. Hearing that question, Park Bo Gum finally revealed how he maintains a healthy lifestyle.

The CELINE global ambassador regularly does cardio to balance his habit of eating large portions. Additionally, Park Bo Gum also tries to be selective about the food he consumes. He chooses healthy eating and avoids late-night snacks.

"I do a lot of cardio. I eat a lot, so I try to eat healthy. Because I do a lot of cardio, I sweat a lot, which makes me look more handsome," the actor replied. Behind his handsome face, Park Bo Gum sometimes feels dissatisfied with his appearance.

This is felt when his face becomes bloated from overeating. Therefore, Park Bo Gum exercises and sweats as much as possible. "Have you ever felt like you didn't like your face?" DinDin said. "Sometimes my face is swollen," Park Bo Gum said frankly.

When a listener of SBS Power FM's "DinDin Music High" radio show asked for a late-night snack recommendation, Park Bo Gum gave his own answer. Instead of the popular tteokbokki snack, Park Bo Gum chose a salad.

"Because it's late at night, I always try to eat salad whenever possible." "This is what you have to do to live with Park Bo Gum's face. You can't live with this face if you eat spicy tteokbokki for midnight snacks," DinDin exclaimed.

Despite this, Park Bo Gum has had cheat days several times, eating whatever he wants outside of his diet schedule. His favorite snacks are sweet and sour chicken and kimchi. "Sometimes I eat other dishes too. I crave sweet and sour chicken and fried chicken.

I eat anything, but my favorites are sweet and sour chicken and kimbab," explained Park Bo Gum. Park Bo Gum recently transformed into a boxer in the Korean drama Good Boy. For his role, he gained 75 kg to build muscle.
