South Korean singer and actress, Suzy, is back in the public spotlight after her name was dragged into baseless marriage rumors. Responding to this, the CEO of Suzy's agency, Management Soop, Kim Jang Kyun, personally issued a firm statement via his social media account on August 28, 2025.

Kim Jang Kyun wrote, “If you get caught spreading false rumors, you’ll get in trouble.” This statement refers to a post on an online forum that claimed Suzy would soon marry a well-known company CEO.

The post even mentioned that an official announcement would be released soon, which then triggered the spread of the information on the internet. To quell the rapidly spreading rumors, Kim Jang Kyun appears to have taken swift action by issuing the warning.

This isn't the first time the CEO has stepped in to protect his artist. In 2018, he also responded to rumors of Gong Yoo and Jung Yu Mi's marriage with a firm statement, "Let's meet face to face soon." Meanwhile, Suzy is busy with her acting projects.

She will return to the small screen in the new Netflix drama, "Genie, Make a Wish," which is scheduled to premiere on October 3rd. She is also currently filming the Disney+ drama, "Wonderland," which is slated for release next year.
