South Korean actor Lee Yi Kyung has been accused of frequently sending lewd messages to the opposite sex. This was evident in a series of obscene text messages the actor sent to the victim.
It all began on October 19, 2025, when a netizen claimed to be Lee Yi Kyung's "victim." She shared chat evidence showing the actor joking about raping her. In a separate chat, the 36-year-old actor was seen asking the victim's bra cup size and even pressuring her to send photos of her genitals.
After communicating regularly, Lee Yi Kyung became increasingly aggressive. The actor began sending photos of his genitals to the victim. "I never thought he was a complete psychopath," the victim said in a blog post, as quoted by Koreaboo on Tuesday October 21, 2025.
The post then went viral, forcing Sangyoung Entertainment, Lee Yi Kyung's agency, to speak out. They called the accusations a hoax and malicious rumors aimed at damaging the actor's image. "Therefore, we will resolve this through legal channels.
We will not only sue those who uploaded the post, but also those who helped spread it on social media," the agency said. After Sangyoung Entertainment issued a denial and threatened legal action, the victim retaliated by posting a new post with additional evidence on October 20, 2025.
In her post, the victim emphasized that she wasn't asking for money from Lee Yi Kyung. She simply wanted women to be wary of the derogatory remarks the actor frequently makes toward the opposite sex.
Interestingly, from the post it is known that the victim is a German citizen who has been studying Korean culture for the past 8 years. "Therefore, I apologize if any of my wording in the previous post was odd or inappropriate.
I didn't expect it to go this viral," the victim said in her post. Not wanting to be accused of slander, the victim uploaded a recording of a video call with Lee Yi Kyung. "Since you asked, I'm uploading the recording. He even used his official account to call me," the victim added.
