Actress Kim So Hyun is reportedly considering an offer to star in the new Korean drama " Romance Expert." Kim So Hyun's agency, PEACHY Company, has issued an official statement regarding the news. "Kim So Hyun has received an offer to star in ENA's drama, Romance Expert.
This offer is still under consideration," said PEACHY Company, Monday November 3, 2025. Romance Expert itself is known to be the latest Korean drama project from Ahn Pan Seok, who was previously known for a number of romantic dramas such as Something in the Rain, One Spring Night, and The Midnight Romance in Hagwon.
Romance Expert is a new Korean drama that brings a romantic story between a former swimmer who lost his left leg due to an illness, and a woman who lost her way after becoming a medical resident and finds a new path as a postgraduate student.
Kim So Hyun reportedly received an offer to play Im Yoo Jin, a woman who was about to graduate from the Department of Apparel and Textiles but was involved in an incident that caused her to fail to enter graduate school.
Im Yoo Jin then became interested in the world of robotics and decided to pursue a Master's degree in mechanical engineering. While the male lead of Romance Expert is still unknown, it is clear that Kim So Hyun is considering this new drama offer.
