Ahn Bo Hyun made a donation before celebrating Christmas. He reportedly donated 100 million won to the Community Chest of Korea, the organization revealed. This donation will be given to low-income families and to participate in programs to prevent childhood blindness.
Specifically, the donation will cover surgical costs for those with cataracts, retinal disorders, and strabismus. With this donation, Ahn Bo Hyun joined the Honor Society, a donor group of the Community Chest of Korea as the 3800th member.
“I have long wanted to share the love I have received from many people and hope to be of some help to those in need,” said Ahn Bo Hyun. "I will continue to provide warmth to our community by donating," he said.
Previously, Ahn Bo Hyun also donated to those in need. In 2020, he delivered 3,000 bottles of hand sanitizer to social facilities and donated sanitary pads totaling 50 million won.
Ahn Bo Hyun himself stole the attention by winning Best New Actor at the 46th Blue Dragon Film Awards thanks to his role in the film Pretty Crazy. On the other hand, Ahn Bo Hyun will star in the drama Spring Fever with Lee Joo Been which will air on January 5, 2026.
