SBS has cast Yook Sungjae and Park Min Young in a new Korean drama titled "Nine to Six." This will be an office-set Korean drama series set for release this year. The first stills of the two main characters were unveiled at the SBS DRAMA: NEXT EPISODE event in Seoul earlier this week.

They feature Park Min Young as Kang Yi Ji and Yook Sungjae as Han Seon Woo. Kang Yi Ji holds a high position in a legal team and is known for her hard work. She currently works at Chronic Motors Korea. Her encounters with the people there change Kang Yi Ji's perspective on life, love, and even marriage.

On the other hand, Han Seon Woo is a gentle-hearted intern. He's portrayed as the perfect man. It's almost impossible to find a man like him: diligent, kind, trustworthy, comfortable, and warm-hearted. In the first stills released by SBS, the two main characters appear to be in a crucial situation.

Their facial expressions are quite serious. Han Seon Woo appears to be contemplating a solution to a problem. Meanwhile, Kang Yi Ji is seen holding her phone, seemingly focused on their current situation. Nine to Six is written as a slice-of-life drama that will feel incredibly relatable to real life.

The story centers on a group of young workers who must survive the behavior of toxic bosses, unreasonable deadlines, and daily headaches of inter-departmental politics. Behind the burnout-inducing routine, there are stories of sweet friendships, small-time moments in the pantry, and even the seeds of a secret office romance.

Actor Go Soo will also appear in this drama. He plays Park Hyun Tae, the newly appointed division head at Chronic Motors Korea. His encounter with Kang Yi Ji stirs up turmoil in the lives of the two main characters. Nine to Six is scheduled to air in the second half of 2026.
