It's confirmed, Robert Pattinson will play Batman. Warner Bros and the Twilight actor signed a deal for him to play the Caped Crusader in the upcoming film The Batman.
Pattinson is best known for playing the moody vampire Edward Cullen in the "Twilight" franchise, but he’s since established himself as an indie darling.
Ben Affleck is the most recent actor to play Batman on the big screen, in 2017's Justice League. The Batman is currently scheduled for release on October 01, 2021 (US).
