EXO's Suho was officially announced as the Honorary Ambassador of the Indonesian Cancer Children's Love Foundation. The appointment was conveyed directly by the Indonesian Cancer Children's Love Foundation (YKAKI) through a video featuring the EXO leader on their social media accounts on Tuesday April 15, 2025.

In the caption of the upload, the Indonesian Cancer Children's Love Foundation stated that it will be more active in continuing to spread hope, love, and real support for children fighting cancer in Indonesia with EXO's Suho as Honorary Ambassador.

"With gratitude and concern, EXO's SUHO officially becomes the Honorary Ambassador of the Indonesian Cancer Children's Love Foundation (YKAKI)," said the caption of the upload. In the video, EXO's Suho also expressed his happiness and honor because he can now be part of the Indonesian Cancer Child Care Foundation.

He is committed to actively contributing to making changes. "Hello everyone, I'm Suho EXO. It's a great honor to be appointed as the Honorary Ambassador of the Indonesian Cancer Children's Foundation. I am committed to continuing to make changes through my role," said Suho in the video.

"Every child deserves a safe place to heal and the opportunity to continue learning, no matter what the situation," the EXO leader continued. He also highlighted the things that the Indonesian Cancer Children's Love Foundation has done for almost the past two decades, such as creating Our Home and My School, providing care, shelter, and education for children fighting cancer.

Yayasan Kasih Anak Kanker Indonesia, said Suho EXO, is more than just providing the best care for Indonesian children with cancer. They also ensure that the children are never alone and can still get love and support from the people around them.

The Indonesian Cancer Children's Love Foundation also emphasized that it has a mission to provide awareness to the public about children suffering from cancer in Indonesia. "I am determined to use my voice to highlight this cause. I am truly happy to be standing here with Yayasan Kasih Anak Kanker Indonesia, families, and all of you for this meaningful journey.

Let's work together to provide real hope, love, and support for these brave children," said Suho EXO. "Together we can because we care," continued the musician whose full name is Kim Jun-myeon using Indonesian. This experience is actually not the first time for EXO's Suho to be involved in a humanitarian mission.

The EXO leader was previously known to have been active in several humanitarian missions, such as raising aid for Gaza with several other South Korean artists. EXO's Suho once donated more than 50 million South Korean Won or equivalent to Rp588 million to Seoul National University Hospital.

In addition, he also participated in a fundraising campaign organized by UNICEF Korea to support Palestinian children in the Gaza Strip in 2024. This action shows that EXO's Suho has an outstanding track record in charity work and caring for others. His commitment further confirms the reason why Suho was chosen as YKAKI's Honorary Ambassador.

Suho is expected to have a big impact in motivating the community to provide more support to children in need and introduce the Indonesian Cancer Child Care Foundation to the public, as well as establishing more collaborations to support children with cancer in Indonesia.
