The Oppo A53s 5G has been launched in India as the most affordable 5G smartphone from the company. It is the rebranded version of Oppo A53 5G that was revealed in China December last year.
Oppo A53s 5G comess with a 6.5 inches IPS LCD display with HD+ ( 720 x 1600 pixels ) resolution along with a 20:9 aspect ratio. In terms of Dimensions, the smartphone measures 164 x 75.7 x 8.4mm and weighs 189.6 grams.
The Oppo A53s 5G is powered with MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset that comes coupled with a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It is accompanied by up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage that can be extended via a microSD card slot.
In terms of camera the smartphone boasts a triple rear camera setup that includes a 13-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. For selfies, the phone has an 8-megapixel front facing camera under the waterdrop notch.
The Oppo A53s 5G device is running on Android 11 operating system with Color OS 11.1 on top. The smartphone comes equipped with a 5000mah battery and supports 10W charging.
For connectivity, the smartphone dual sim 5G, Wi-Fi 5, GPS, Bluetooth 5.1, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor as well.
Oppo A53s 5G comes in two configurations 6GB + 128GB for Rs. 14,990 and 8GB + 128GB priced at Rs. 16,990. The device comes in two colour options namely Crystal Blue and Ink Black. The phone will go for sale on May 2 at 12pm via Flipkart.
