Xiaomi will unveil the Redmi K40 Gaming edition in India as the POCO F3 GT. So far, no date has been announced for the smartphone’s launch. Now, ahead of the launch, POCO F3 GT listing has been spotted on WelEletronics.

According to the listing on WelEletronics, the POCO F3 GT will be made available for $1,299. The phone appears to have an incorrect price in the listing, as it is expected to be priced around Rs 25,000 in India.

Reports indicate that this device could be a rebranded version of the Redmi K40 gaming smartphone, that was released on February last month in China.

The POCO F3 GT will come with the same specs as the Redmi K40 Gaming smartphone. The  handset features a 6.67-inch OLED screen with a Full HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It is said to be powered by a Dimensity 1200 chipset.

In the memory department, the Xiaomi Redmi K40 Gaming will come in 6GB of RAM and 128 GB UFS 3.1 storage. There is also a microSD card slot for additional storage.

In terms of optics, the smartphone will have a front-facing camera of 16-megapixel. The rear side of the phone will include a 64-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera.

It will be backed by a 5,065mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging. The Redmi K40 Gaming has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It is not yet clear whether the device will have gaming triggers.

In terms of pricing and availability, the Redmi K40 Gaming price in China starts at 1,999 Yuan (approx. Rs 23,000). The company is yet to announce anything officially.
